The initial product AstraZeneca and BrightInsight launched is the AMAZE Disease Management Platform, which provides an end-to-end digital solution that drives improved healthcare delivery by bridging the gap between patients and providers.

Comprised of a patient mobile application and a care team portal, AstraZeneca’s AMAZE Disease Management Platform enables patients, healthcare providers and care teams to monitor and manage chronic conditions across multiple indications, including asthma, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, diabetes and COPD.
